Free first-time home buyer workshops have been announced beginning in January, 2023. The in-person sessions will be hosted by Southside Hope CDC at 2935 Bulen Avenue, Columbus OH 43207.

- Getting Pre-Qualified

- Home Inspection 101
- What does a Title Agent do?
Each participant will receive a free tri-merge credit report for attending.
